The solicitors and social workers of our Seniors Legal and Support Service (SLASS) in Toowoomba and Ipswich ran information booths at Clifford’s Shopping Centre and Riverlink Shopping Centre this week to coincide with World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD).
WEAAD is celebrated each year, globally, providing an opportunity for communities to stand together against the abuse, mistreatment, and neglect of older people.
